What Are Your Delivery Options and Charges?

At Workshop Plus, we are committed to providing our customers with a variety of delivery options to meet their needs. Our delivery charges and options are designed to offer both value and convenience:

  • Free delivery on all orders over £60
  • UK Mainland Delivery: We charge a flat rate of £4.50 for all orders to UK Mainland addresses (under £60).
  • Non-Mainland UK Delivery: For customers located in non-mainland UK regions, the delivery charge is £9.50. This includes areas that are not part of the UK Mainland.

We utilise both FedEx and Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. If the product you've ordered is in stock, we guarantee it will be shipped the next day, provided your order is placed before 2pm. This way, we ensure that your workshop consumables reach you promptly, allowing you to continue your work without unnecessary delays.

Please note that the choice between FedEx and Royal Mail Tracked services is determined by the specifics of your order and our logistics at the time of shipping. Our goal is to choose the most efficient and reliable option for your delivery.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

All orders are shipped on nextv day deliver either via fedex or royal mail, tracking information will be provided. Orders placed before 2pm of items in stock will be sent out same day

Can I Return My Order If There Is An Issue

Yes, you can return a product if it's not suitable. You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify, the item must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, alongside the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@workshopplus.co.uk. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, items returned without prior request will not be accepted at our return address: 9 Springlakes Trading Estate, Deadbrook Lane, Aldershot GU12 4UH.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue.

Exceptions: Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: For an exchange, return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Customers: If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, following the same condition requirements.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you if the refund is approved. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us.
